Because I can.
For those of you who don't know what moe is, it means cute. But in a d'awwwwwwwwww sense and not the cute as in attractive sense.

But I'm not saying he's not cute in that sense either.

Yeah, Putin is a pretty cool guy. Trys to invade Georgia and doesn't afraid of anything.

I got the idea from /a/ after seeing a INRL Hetalia photo of him and Kim Jong Il kissing.
